How To Love Yourself & Be More Confident
I used to hate myself.
And I’m not kidding. (Not like that’s really a joking matter)
I would look at myself in the mirror and pick myself apart for the way I looked and for the person that I was.
At the time, I didn’t know who I was.
I was simply changing my personality depending on the people that I was with.
I did things that I thought they would want me to do. Say things I thought they wanted to hear.
Looking back, it was so obvious that I just wanted other people to accept me.
And I didn’t even ask myself if I accepted myself.
It took me a long time to realize this pattern.
So when I did, I sought out to find myself and self-love.
That’s why today’s YouTube video is so important to me.
If you’re at a point where you feel unlovable and you don’t like the person you see looking back at you in the mirror… then I’ve got some tips and steps you can take to make a BIG and positive change in your life.
